Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 medium potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 1/2 c. crumbled corn flakes mixed with 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes as for potato salad.
    Cool and set aside. Mix together sour cream, soup, margarine, grated cheese, salt, pepper and grated onion.
    Mix well.
    Mix gently with potatoes. Place
    in large
    buttered
    casserole\t9
    x 12-inch.
    Top with buttered corn flake mixture and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Top will brown nicely.
