Fried Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pack carrots
    1 onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Boil sliced carrots in cold water for about 5 minutes.
    In a skillet add butter and oil.
    When mixture is hot add onion and carrots.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add sugar and cinnamon.
    Cook for 10 more minutes.
    Add 1 cup of water; cook for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender.
    Serve.
