Pecan Crusted Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 C. Finely Chopped onions
3 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 pkg. Frozen Spinach (Thawed - squeezed dry)
1 14oz. can Artichoke Hearts
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 dashes Hot Sauce
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans
Preparation

Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook three minutes. Add spinach - cook 3 to 5 minutes - stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in Artichoke, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and hot sauce. Transfer to an ungreased 1 1/2 Quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with pecans and bake 10 minutes more.
