Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 c. milk
    1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. chopped meat
    brown gravy
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together, except chopped meat.
    Once ingredients are mixed well, then add chopped meat.
    Pour into a 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 3-inch pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add a ladle full of gravy.
    Cook for another 10 minutes.
