Divine Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and boiled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 c. half and half milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. salt (can use less, if desired)
Preparation
    Beat the cream cheese.
    Add butter.
    Put in potatoes and mash by hand.
    Put in mixer and add remaining ingredients.
    Put into casserole and top with butter and paprika or cheese. Bake.
