Royal Hashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 heaping Tbsp. butter
2 c. boiled, diced, unpeeled new potatoes
1/4 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in a heavy skillet.
Add potatoes and onions. Season with salt, then add milk.
Let cook, without stirring, until browned on bottom.
Fold over like an omelet and serve garnished with parsley.
