Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless stew beef meat
    3 large onions, cut in half
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion, salt and pepper covered with water in pressure cooker for 1 hour.
    When cooked to pieces, add vinegar, catsup and chili powder.
    Cook on low heat until thickens, stirring so it won't stick.
    Serve on hamburger rolls.
