Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 pimentos, cut fine
4 c. cooked chicken
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated extra sharp cheese
2/3 c. chopped toasted almonds
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix the first 9 ingredients together.
Put into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Let stand overnight, then sprinkle on remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
