Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    3 Tbsp. Morton's quick cure
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion juice
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Shape into 4 logs and place on a rack inside a cookie sheet. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take the foil off and leave the logs on the rack in the cookie sheet to take.
