Cheesy Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bag frozen vegetable mixture (broccoli, baby carrots, water chestnuts)
2 c. cooked rice
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 or 2 cans Tender Chunk ham
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Cook and drain vegetables.
Cook rice.
Mix together the soup and sour cream.
Cut the ham into small chunks and add to soup mixture.
Stir in vegetables and rice.
Put in a 2-quart casserole dish and add bread crumbs on top if you wish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
