Quick Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1 1/3 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Beat eggs; stir in water.
Add biscuit mix, mixing until smooth.
Stir in 1 cup cheese and mustard.
Spoon batter into lightly greased 8-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Makes 9 servings.
