Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. meat, cut in 1-inch cubes (use beef round)
1/2 c. tomato catsup
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. beefsteak sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. salad oil or shortening
