Chicken In Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. almonds (optional)
    2 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 1/2 c. water (use broth from boiled chicken)
    1 c. rice (not Minute rice)
    1 lb. chicken, boiled and boned
    2 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil water and add soup mix.
    Brown onion, celery and pepper. Add rice, chicken and remaining ingredients to soup mixture and stir.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 15.
