Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (save 7 tsp. juice for icing)
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. each: cinnamon, soda and salt
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Frost.
