Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boned chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 bags Ritz crackers
    2 to 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
    3/4 stick butter (1 stick equals 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Place chicken chunks in the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream (can add milk if wanted).
    Heat in microwave to blend.
    Pour over chicken.
    Crush Ritz crackers and mix in poppy seed.
    Add cracker mixture as a topping to chicken casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
