Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 potatoes
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated or mild cheese if you prefer
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 pt. whipping cream (don't whip)
    1 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    3 to 4 dashes nutmeg
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; cool.
    Peel and grate.
    Put in well-buttered, oblong casserole dish.
    Heat together remaining ingredients, except paprika, and pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Don't overbake as it dries out.
