Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium-size sweet potatoes
    a little milk or orange juice
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. cracked pepper
    brown sugar to taste
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes and peel when cool.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. In a large bowl, beat sweet potatoes, butter, milk or orange juice and pepper until smooth.
    Spoon mixture into casserole; top with as much drained, crushed pineapple as you wish, and sprinkle as much brown sugar on top as you wish.
    Bake 45 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 5 or 6.
