Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. skinless chicken thighs
    1/2 tsp. finely diced ginger root (ground ginger may be substituted)
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple
Preparation
    In large baking dish, arrange chicken thighs.
    Cover with a mixture of remaining ingredients.
    Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
