Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    4 boiled eggs
    6 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (more if needed)
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 small, chopped very fine onion (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Cook in water until done.
    While potatoes are hot, mash and chop boiled eggs.
    Add the pickle relish, mayonnaise, mustard and onion.
    Add salt, pepper and celery seed to taste.
