Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
1 box German chocolate cake mix
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Put nuts and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake per directions on box and pour on nuts and coconut.
Melt margarine. Mix with cream cheese until well blended.
Add sugar.
Beat about 2 minutes and pour on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cake will open at top as it cooks.
