Mexican Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 1/2 oz) can chopped green chili peppers
    2 c grated cheddar cheese
    1/4 c flour
    2 c grated monterey jack cheese
    2 eggs
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Lightly grease 2 qt casserole dish and mix cheese and green chilies in it.
    In a blender, mix eggs, flour and evaporated milk. Pour over cheese.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hr at 325 F oven.
