Beer Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. beer
canned milk (mix with beer to equal 1/3 c.)
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter in a pan.
In a bowl, mix sugar and salt.
Mix chocolate mixture with sugar.
Add beer, milk and vanilla.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a lightly buttered pan.
