Marshmallow Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 lb. marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut marshmallows and melt in top of double boiler.
    Stir sugar into boiling water, then add to marshmallows; stir well.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool.
    Add vanilla.
    Ready to serve.
