Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. broccoli flowerets
1 stick margarine/butter
12 Ritz crackers, crushed
Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks

Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain.
In a baking pan, layer 1/2 broccoli, crackers, margarine and cheese.
Repeat with another layer.
Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until the cheese is melted.
Enjoy.
