Beefy Rice Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium garlic, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. raw rice
    3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced celery
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain fat.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Drain tomatoes into 1-quart measure.
    Chop tomatoes and add to tomato liquid.
    Add enough water to make 2 1/4 cups liquid.
    Combine tomato mixture, rice, A.1. steak sauce, green pepper, salt and celery in skillet.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
