Carrot Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bran cereal
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    1 c. raisins or currants
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix bran, eggs and vegetable oil and let set for 5 minutes. Then add brown sugar, molasses, grated carrots and raisins.
    Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Grease muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 24 large muffins.
