Potato Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, boiled
1 1/2 qt. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 large onion
1 Tbsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
pepper to taste
1 small jar sliced pimentos
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Melt butter; add onion, pepper and pimentos.
Saute until tender.
Mix flour, salt and milk.
Add the milk mixture, cheese and soup.
Pour over diced potatoes.
Place grated cheese on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or more.
