Caviar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (light)
    1/2 c. chopped mild onion
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1 small jar black or red caviar *
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese with a little milk or mayonnaise to soften; put in serving dish.
    Top with onion, minced egg and caviar. Serve with crackers.
