Marinated Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can whole kernel yellow corn, drained
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 c. purple onion
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 jar pimento, drained
Preparation
    Bring the first 6 ingredients to a boil; set aside and let cool.
    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour mixture over. Let set in refrigerator overnight; drain.
    Ready to eat.
