Ginger Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 3/4 lb pork strips
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp garlic
    6-8 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 1/2 cups water
    4 1/2 tsp cornstarch
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry the pork and garlic for 3 minutes. Combine soy sauce, sugar & ginger. Add to skillet. Reduce to medium heat. Stir fry 3-4 minutes more or until pork is no longer pink. Combine cornstarch and water and mix until smooth. Add to skillet. Bring to boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
