Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, milk and butter.
    Pour 1/2 batter into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
    Bake 5 to 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Batter will puff up, but will still be gooey.
