Broccoli Jennifer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    18 Ritz crackers, crushed
    butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter 1-quart casserole.
    Combine broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and egg and blend well. Turn into prepared dish.
    Sprinkle with crackers and dot with butter.
    Bake about 35 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
