Zucchini Peanut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped peanuts
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream
    oil, sugar and eggs together in large bowl.
    Add grated zucchini.
    In another large bowl mix all other ingredients.
    Add first
    mixture
    to\tflour,\tmixing\twell.
    Do
    not overstir.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
