Sweet And Sour Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. bulk sausage
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 c. catsup
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine sausage, eggs and bread crumbs.
    Using palm of hands, shape mixture into balls the size of walnuts.
    Saute in skillet until browned on all sides; drain.
    Combine catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce; pour over sausage balls.
    Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve hot in chafing dish.
    If made ahead, refrigerate or freeze balls in their sauce.
    To serve, reheat in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
