Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 medium potatoes, boiled in jackets until tender, peel, slice and place in baking dish
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Boil white sugar, brown sugar, orange juice, margarine and cornstarch until thick.
Pour sauce over potatoes and cook 30 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
