Pickled Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    crabs
    salt
    pepper
    bay leaves
    lemon
    crab boil
    cloves
    1 or 2 lemons
    2 or 3 onions
    3 stalks celery
    2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil crabs as usual with salt, pepper, bay leaves, lemon, a few cloves (whole) and crab boil.
    Clean crabs by removing backs and inedible parts.
    Break in half and remove claws.
    Put crab halves and claws into a gallon glass jar.
    Combine lemon (rind, too), onions, celery, oil and vinegar in a blender.
    Blend together. Pour mixture over crabs.
    Let stand overnight to coat and season. Shake occasionally.
