Black Walnut Fudge - cooking recipe

4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 lb. white chocolate flavored chips
1 jar (13 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
1 c. chopped black walnuts
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine sugar, margarine, milk and syrup in large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Stop stirring and continue heating until mixture reaches soft ball stage, 234\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted; add Marshmallow Creme, walnuts and vanilla, beating well after each addition.
Pour into prepared pan.
Cool completely, cut into squares.
