Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped or sliced
1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos
1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except sugar, then sprinkle sugar over top. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Mix well and enjoy.
