Norwegian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
Preparation
-
Saute the onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
Mix all the above ingredients and shape into balls. Brown on both sides.
Place meatballs in a casserole.
