Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. cornbread and bread crumbs (use 2 recipes cornbread)
1 c. melted butter
1 c. finely minced onion
2 c. chopped celery
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sage
4 eggs
4 to 6 boiled eggs, diced
giblets (add if desired)
14 c. meat stock or chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation

Moisten bread crumbs with hot meat stock.
Add salt, pepper, sage and eggs.
Melt butter.
Simmer chopped celery and onion slightly and add to the dressing.
Then add boiled eggs and giblets if desired.
