Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. (1/2 lb.) Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Tater Tots (frozen)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Press ground beef in bottom of long dish.
    Sprinkle bell pepper and onion over, layer cheese over and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Spread Tater Tots over casserole, then spread soup from cans over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
