Carrot And Onion Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sweet onions, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 tsp. rosemary, chopped
1 bay leaf
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. cold water
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Stir well and cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, remove bay leaf and drain off liquid.
Goes very well with grilled poultry or pork.
