Diabetic Breakfast - Spanish Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Break egg and beat until yellow and thick.
    Add water, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in a small frying pan and pour in mixture.
    Cook slowly over low flame until golden brown.
