Ingredients

6 qt. grated, drained potatoes
1 large grated onion
6 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

After draining potatoes, let water stand, then when water is poured off, return starch from container bottom to grated potatoes.
After everything is mixed, spoon into hot grease and fry until golden brown.
