Linda'S Pumpkin Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 can solid pack pumpkin
3 large eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
whipped topping
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture.
Top with pecans.
Drizzle melted butter over pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Serve chilled.
Top with whipped topping when served.
