Gold And Green Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium size zucchini (4)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 can (1/2 oz.) kernel corn, drained
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    Wash zucchini, slice off ends; slice into 1/4 pieces, boil in salted water, about 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and mash. Drain again; mix eggs, salt, pepper and onion.
    Combine zucchini with egg mixture, corn and 1/2 the cheese.
    Pour into oiled or greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
