Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. boneless catfish fillets
    3/4 c. shortening
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, flour, salt, garlic salt, onion powder and pepper in paper bag.
    Add fish, 3 to 4 at a time.
    Shake to coat. Melt shortening in large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add fish, 2 to 3 pieces at a time.
    Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
    Remove.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Garnish with lemon.
