Okra Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
2 medium onions
2 green bell peppers
4 medium tomatoes
4 to 6 c. okra
Preparation

Fry bacon.
Remove from pan.
Chop onions and peppers.
Add to bacon drippings and cook until onions are golden.
Chop tomatoes and add to onions.
Cook, covered, 20 minutes over medium-low heat (until tender).
Add okra and cook until tender.
