Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (10 oz.) 7-Up
1 tsp. red food coloring
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 pie shell, baked

Preparation

Mix together first 3 ingredients and cook on high until thick and transparent.
Let cool completely and add the food coloring and fold in the strawberries.
Pour into pie shell and chill.
