Italian Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 clove garlic
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
    pinch of crushed red pepper
    1 1/2 c. cauliflower
    2 medium carrots, 1/8-inch thick
    2 large celery ribs, cut 3/4-inch thick
    1 sliced, diced green pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, water, garlic, dressing mix and pepper.
    Bring to boil; add vegetables.
    Simmer and stir 8 minutes.
    Add oregano. Cool, then refrigerate in a jar or other container.
